THE PROBLEM THAT LED ME HERE: After over 12 successful years in the hospitality industry, I decided I wanted a change, to head down a new path. Problem was, I had no idea what! I went back to uni, kept working in various admin roles...I was biding my time, without any clear direction.
THE BUSINESS THAT WAS A BUST: I started a business with a natural cleaning company. I had come across their products and really loved them so I thought 'why not? I get to use all the products and make money meanwhile! Win win!
II really did enjoy my time in that role, but I never broke through and could make any real money there, and I found I was losing passion for it, so I went back to a J.O.B.
We had a growing family we needed to provide for, so the business just wasn't enough any more
THE PHONE CALL THAT LEAD ME HERE: After being back in the job market, once again not finding anything I could really love, I started looking online again for jobs that could have me home with my kids.
We were tired of having to figure out childcare, after school care, juggling hours, having to plead for time off from a job with no flexibility.
So I got to googling and found myself on a website similar to the one that you're on now. There was something about it that made me pop in my details and the rest as they say is history!

I knew I wanted more. I wanted to show my kids that you can choose to do something you really love. I also really needed something that would set us up for a lifestyle to which we very much wanted to become accustomed to living! Since landing here, I haven't looked back.
